Mezzo microtube products show promise in emerging sectors of the energy/power domain. Of particular importance in the near term are heat exchangers needed for supercritical CO 2 (SCO 2 ) power plants. Mezzo SCO 2 recuperators are extremely compact and offer reduced cost, given modest scale of production. Availability of high temperature microtubes combined with Mezzo designs that inherently induce low stresses on key components means that Mezzo’s products can meet operate at extremely aggressive combinations of high pressure and high temperature.
