Design, Analysis, & Simulations—Mezzo has a complete suite of modeling and analytical tools, in addition to the expertise needed to perform comprehensive design and analysis on thermal products. 

Testing— Mezzo possesses comprehensive testing facilities to evaluate both thermal and mechanical performance, as well as lifetime/reliability for our complete suite of products.

Manufacturing

Micro-Manufacturing— Mezzo uses advanced micro-manufacturing methods to turn ideas into prototypes, and then into products.  Mezzo works with its customers to solve engineering problems associated with the commercialization of micro components and devices.  Mezzo has a very strong background in LIGA, and extensive experience in most micro-machining processes.  The Mezzo team has extensive experience in micro-manufacturing, which includes work in micro-fluidics, lab-on-a-chip, thermal systems, RF devices, chemical reactors, optical devices, electronic devices, power systems, mechanical systems, and electro-magneto devices.

Traditional Manufacturing— In addition to micro-manufacturing, Mezzo has traditional manufacturing capabilities such as milling, punching, grinding, welding, brazing, sinker EDM, and wire EDM.  These traditional manufacturing methods can be used to either complement Mezzo’s micro-manufacturing methods, or as stand-alone processes, depending on the product being produced.
